Data controller
The data controller is Artur Avtukhov, sole proprietor registered in Italy (Partita IVA 01886020096), operator of seismic-processing.com. The registered address and contact details are published on the Business details page. No data protection officer has been appointed, as the processing does not require one.
Information we handle
- Account information: your name, email address, password hash, optional profile image, account status, sign-in records and plan changes.
- Project information: files you upload, processing results, saved parameters, preferences and project state. Projects are linked to your account; a copy in your browser supports restoring work.
- Visit information: cookie-based browser and session identifiers, IP address, user agent, page path, referring page, visit timestamps, estimated active time and, where available, country. Query strings and fragments are removed from page and referrer addresses. Signed-in activity can be linked to your account.
- Security information: authentication attempts, request limits and application security events used to investigate abuse.
Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service (account, projects, processing, support): performance of the contract with you, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Security and abuse prevention (security records, request limits): our legitimate interest in protecting accounts and the platform, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Visit statistics (how the platform is used): our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the service, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; cookies used for this purpose are described in the Cookie Policy.
- Legal obligations (tax and accounting records for paid access): Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Providing account data is necessary to create an account; without it the service cannot be provided. No automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects takes place. No advertising or third-party marketing service is integrated.
Storage, retention and recipients
The platform is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH located in Germany (European Union); personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Visit and security records are kept for 90 days. Account and project data are kept while your account exists and are deleted on request or when the account is closed, except where retention is required by law (for example tax records of paid access, kept for 10 years). Backups are retained for a short rolling period. Data is accessible only to the controller and the hosting provider acting as processor; it is not sold or shared with third parties, and is disclosed to authorities only where legally required. Clearing browser storage removes local copies, not server-side records.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or receive your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw any consent given, without affecting earlier processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR). To exercise these rights, use the contact information below. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of your place of residence.

Accounts and access
A valid promo code opens registration and sign-in. Keep your credentials private and provide accurate account information. Free accounts can explore the available workflow in read-only mode. Premium processing is enabled after payment confirmation; the first activation creates your account-owned project.
Responsible use
Upload only material you have permission to use. Do not access another person's project, share credentials without authorization, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass access controls. Access may be suspended when an account is used abusively or in breach of these terms.
Data and learning materials
You retain your rights in your uploaded files and results. Uploading them permits the processing and storage needed to provide the requested service. Course materials, platform code and branding remain the property of their owners and may not be copied or redistributed; access is granted for your personal learning only.
Processing and availability
The platform is intended for training. Review results and their suitability before relying on them for a professional decision; the provider is not liable for decisions based on processing results, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. Keep your own backups of important files. Features and course materials may change, and the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers resident in the European Union, the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence remain unaffected. Disputes with consumers may also be submitted through the EU online dispute resolution platform.

Cookie names on this site use the __Host- prefix. All cookies are first-party; no third-party or advertising cookies are set. Technical cookies are necessary to provide the service you request and do not require consent. Statistics cookies are used only by the provider to count visits and understand platform use; the resulting records are not shared with third parties and are deleted after 90 days.
Your choices
You can remove or block cookies at any time in your browser settings; blocking technical cookies prevents promo-code access and sign-in. Removing IndexedDB data may remove unsynchronized work, so export important files first.

04 / PREMIUM ACCESSPayments & Refunds
How Premium activation works.
Before payment
Creating an account is free. A promo code alone does not activate Premium. There is no automated checkout on the site: paid access is arranged directly with the provider, who confirms the price (in euro, including VAT where applicable), the content included, the access duration and the payment method in writing before you pay. Course cards show offers; no purchase is made by opening a preview or creating an account.
Activation
After payment is confirmed, the provider changes your account plan to Premium and processing becomes available. There is no automatic renewal.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of payment without giving a reason (Articles 52–59 of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005) and receive a full refund by the same payment method within 14 days of your request. If you ask for Premium access to be activated before the 14-day period ends, you expressly agree to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once access has been activated; this acknowledgement is requested before activation. Statutory guarantees for digital content remain unaffected.
For a payment enquiry, contact the provider through the channel used to arrange the payment and include your account email and payment reference. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
